About the Recipe

Ingredients
Pork Spareribs
Dijon Mustard
Rib rack rub
Mrs. Shirley's All-Purpose Seasoning
Apple Juice
Apple Jelly
Sweet & Sour
Preparation
Clean off a rack of pork spareribs
Pat dry and remove the membrane
Add dijon mustard as a binder
Season with the rib rack bbq rub and Mrs. Shirley's All- Purpose Seasoning
Repeat on the other side
Marinate for 1 hr or preferbly overnight
Oven:
Place the ribs in the oven on 350 degrees covered for 3 hours
While that's cooking, heat up the apple jelly and sweet & sour mixture
Take the ribs out the oven and pour the sauce on the ribs
Place the ribs back into the oven on 500 degrees to get a nice carmelization for 10-15 minutes (Watch them so they do not burn)
Remove, allow them to cool down a tad bit and enjoy!
Grill:
Place the ribs on the grill uncovered for 3 hours
An hour in, spray the ribs with apple juice
While that's cooking, heat up the apple jelly and sweet & sour mixture
Take the ribs off the grill and pour the sauce on the ribs
Place the ribs back onto the grill to get a nice carmelization for 10-15 minutes (Watch them so they do not burn)
Remove, allow them to cool down a tad bit and enjoy!
