About the Recipe

Ingredients
Phillips Crab
Raw Shrimp
Green Onion
Red Onion
Celery
Green Pepper
Old Bay Seasoning
Mrs. Shirley's Seasoning
Salmon Fillet
Dukes Mayo
Djion Mustard
Relish
Preparation
Dice 1 green pepper
Dice 1 red onion
Finely chop 1 green onion
Dice 1 celery stalk
Clean and devine some shrimp
In a bowl, season the shrimp with old bay and Mrs. Shirley's Seasoning
Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on both sides
Remove and add the seasoned salmon to the same pan
Shred the salmon and drain the excess oil on a paper towl
In a large bowl, add the crab
Add the cooked shrimp
Add the red onions, celery, green onion, and green peppers
Add 2 large scoops of Dukes Mayo
Add good amount of Dijon Mustard
1 scoop of relish ( NOT TOO MUCH )
Mix and adjust your seasonings. Add more seasoning if need be
Set in the fridge to chill
Serve and Enjoy!
