Ingredients

  • Phillips Crab

  • Raw Shrimp

  • Green Onion

  • Red Onion

  • Celery

  • Green Pepper

  • Old Bay Seasoning

  • Mrs. Shirley's Seasoning

  • Salmon Fillet

  • Dukes Mayo

  • Djion Mustard

  • Relish


Preparation

  1. Dice 1 green pepper

  2. Dice 1 red onion

  3. Finely chop 1 green onion

  4. Dice 1 celery stalk

  5. Clean and devine some shrimp

  6. In a bowl, season the shrimp with old bay and Mrs. Shirley's Seasoning

  7. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on both sides

  8. Remove and add the seasoned salmon to the same pan

  9. Shred the salmon and drain the excess oil on a paper towl

  10. In a large bowl, add the crab

  11. Add the cooked shrimp

  12. Add the red onions, celery, green onion, and green peppers

  13. Add 2 large scoops of Dukes Mayo

  14. Add good amount of Dijon Mustard

  15. 1 scoop of relish ( NOT TOO MUCH )

  16. Mix and adjust your seasonings. Add more seasoning if need be

  17. Set in the fridge to chill

  18. Serve and Enjoy!
